For this project, I was tasked with creating both the illustrations and the layout for three instruction manuals for climbing equipment. I had to create highly accurate illustrations that would show proper usage, along with designing a layout for an incredible amount of written instructions that had to fit into extremely tightly folded dimensions. These designs had to be reviewed within highly specific criteria, and eventually approved by governing institutions that oversee climbing equipment. For such "simple" looking designs, a lot of creativity and knowledge went into this project.
